My journey to mental healthcare My journey to becoming a therapist began before my first Psych class. From an early age, I was comfortable listening to family and friends’ struggles. I took a Psych class to fulfill a requirement and never returned to business classes. I have no regrets. After years in the field, I know I am in the right place, doing what I was meant to do. Education I earned my Bachelor’s from Florida International University and my Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Barry University.
