Together, we'll explore your thoughts and feelings, and work towards building resilience and coping strategies that are tailored to your unique situation. I specialize in working with adolescents and teens, as well as addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, intimate and romantic relationships, life transitions, multicultural and diversity issues, perinatal support (including pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum), PTSD, stress, and trauma. Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition or dealing with the complexities of relationships, I'm here to support you every step of the way. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with an MA, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions.
