Hello, I'm Adrian. My approach to therapy is creating a therapeutic space that is collaborative, authentic, and respectful. I consider you to be the expert on your life and relationships. I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (MA) and work with individuals, couples, and families. Working from a systemic perspective, I look at how the whole system is interacting and functioning. This means that I pay attention to the dynamics within your relationships and how they impact your overall well-being. I specialize in helping clients navigate a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, family relationships, gender identity, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, multicultural and diversity issues, stress, trauma, intimate and romantic relationships, grief and bereavement, phobias, and PTSD. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore these issues and work towards healing and growth. When working with me, you can expect a compassionate and non-judgmental space where your experiences and feelings are validated.
