Hello I'm Adrian. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and work with individuals, couples, and families. Working from a systemic perspective, I look at how the whole system is interacting and functioning. I use a Narrative approach and Brainspotting. I am interested in the narratives or rules that we have picked up from our families of origin, relationships, and experiences. Often, these rules are helpful in the beginning and become a source of struggle down the road. Brainspotting is a trauma modality. In our first session together, here's what you can expect I am very unstructured when it comes to style. I usually will ask what is on your mind and listen. I find that the things clients need/want to speak about comes to the surface. We go from there. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions My approach to therapy is creating a therapeutic space that is collaborative, authentic, and respectful. I consider you to be the expert on your life and relationships. I am simply following along. Think of me as a consultant, supporting you as you explore the possibilities and solutions already within you, your relationships, and your family.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
