Hello my name is Adrian Risher and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My path to therapy began with a deep interest in understanding people and the challenges we face in life. My journey has been about learning to walk alongside people-meeting them where they are, honoring their story and supporting them in building a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling. In our first session together, here's what you can expect During your first session, we will talk about what brought you to therapy and what you're hoping for. I will ask questions to learn more about you and your story. My goal is for you leave feeling heard, supported and reassured that you do not have to go through things alone. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a safe space for individuals to freely express their thoughts and feelings. The clients I'm best positioned to serve My ideal client is someone who is ready to explore what may be holding them back and creating meaningful change in their life. You may be navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, stress, self-worth and boundaries. I enjoy working with individuals who want a supportive space to slow down, reflect and make sense of their experiences without feeling judged or pressured.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
