Welcome, I am Adriana Lopez. I want to take a moment to acknowledge you and your first step toward improving your mental health. Whether this is your first time trying therapy or you are looking for the right fit with a therapist you can connect with, kudos to you for being here! I hold a Master's in Social Work from Florida International University, and I strive to challenge you when needed in a welcoming, safe space, while also simply listening on the days you need to be heard. Together, we can make the necessary adjustments that will allow you to live a fulfilling life and reach your goals.
What should a new client know about working with you?
You should expect 3 important steps at the beginning of this journey. First, I will be actively listening to get to know you and understand your concerns. Secondly, we will agree on the goals of therapy and lastly, we will collaborate on the work to be done to get you to where you want to be.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
We will complete an intake during our first session and work on some treatment goals during the following sessions. Everyone has different needs and process things differently. We will do the work at a pace that is comfortable for the client.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
