My approach My approach is personalized to the individual's journey. As your therapist, I want to walk with you while creating a safe environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions that can help you repair past hurt to move forward. I am fully bilingual in Spanish and English. I have experience working with children and adults, providing individual and couple counseling, including trauma-informed care with immigrant families, neurodivergency and Latino communities. I use a Trauma-Informed Approach, including TF-CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, & Mindfulness. My focus I believe that together we can write a new story that is more empowering, encouraging, and meaningful.
