What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can truly be yourself and feel heard, understood, and supported. I’ll take the time to get to know you, your experiences, and what matters most to you rather than approaching therapy with a one-size-fits-all mindset. My style is warm, compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. We’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable while gently exploring patterns, building greater self-understanding, and finding meaningful ways to help you move toward the changes you want to make.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I start by getting to know you and creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what you hope to gain from our work together. As we move forward, we’ll explore patterns, experiences, and challenges at a pace that feels right for you while building practical tools and greater self-understanding. I’ll continue checking in along the way so our work stays supportive, meaningful, and connected to your goals.
