My experience includes working at Adult Day Health Care Centers, providing services to individuals with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Acute Stress Disorder, and others through one-on-one counseling and group work. This experience has taught me how vital it is to recognize that every human being responds to trauma in unique ways. As a clinician, it is my role to offer reflective listening, empathetic understanding, and effective coping skills. I am truly dedicated to supporting my clients in the best way possible and creating goals and treatment plans that meet each person's distinctive needs. I am currently interested in working with adults and older adults.
