I'm a provisionally licensed social worker (LSW), and I bring over a decade of professional trauma-informed caregiving experience to my practice. I believe healing happens in relationship and that belief shows up in every part of my life. I actively work to be anti-oppressive because I recognize that structural oppression is woven into mental health struggles. While therapy isn’t a cure for an unjust world, it can be a powerful space for making meaning, building skills, and reconnecting with a sense of agency.

What should a new client know about working with you?

With a background in yoga and meditation, I support both adolescents and adults in developing emotional regulation skills while also exploring the deeper patterns that can keep people feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. With both biological and non-biological children in my home, I know the joys and the exhaustion that come with caregiving. I am passionate about supporting other caregivers, foster families, adoptive families, and anyone who shows up for others. I’m a certified Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner, and I draw from a strengths-based framework that centers connection, safety, and identity.

I believe the body holds wisdom worth listening to, and healing happens when we slow down enough to notice.
