Psychotherapist
MD
Hi there, I'm Adrienne! I'm a relational therapist that believes real healing happens through connection, trust, and feeling truly safe with the person you’re working with. I see healing as something that doesn’t happen in a straight line. It can come in waves, sometimes gentle and sometimes overwhelming. You don't have to endure the tide of life alone. My focus I often work with individuals navigating trauma, loss, life transitions, addictions, attachment wounds, people pleasing tendencies, or perfectionism. If you're tired of coasting by life and ready to start living a more present and joyful life, you're in the right place. I can't wait to meet you. My approach I take an eclectic, flexible approach to therapy because I believe there’s no one size fits all when it comes to healing. Each person I work with has their own story, needs, and goals, so I tailor our work together to fit you rather than trying to fit you into a specific method. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches. My communication style I take a collaborative, down to earth approach and meet you where you are, moving at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe enough to begin your healing process. I aim to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to work towards meaningful changes. My journey to mental healthcare I earned my Master of Social Work from Salisbury University in 2019, and my path to becoming a therapist has included working in a variety of roles that helped shape me as a clinician. I’ve had the privilege of supporting people across many stages of life, from young children to those navigating end of life transitions. My goals for you Each person I work with has their own story, needs, and goals, so I tailor our work together to fit you rather than trying to fit you into a specific method.
