As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Reiki Master, I incorporate techniques that help you find this balance, ensuring a comprehensive path to healing and growth. I specialize in working with adults on issues such as parenting, domestic violence, past trauma, social anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and depression. For children and adolescents, I address trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, anger issues, depression, LGBTQIA+ support, grief/bereavement, and abuse. Additionally, I work with couples and families to remove barriers and foster healthy communication among all family members. With a strengths-based approach, I emphasize the importance of understanding and expanding on what is currently working in your life. This helps in developing a plan to address any challenges you may face. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, positive visualization, mindfulness, and other approaches to highlight that any difficulties experienced in life can ultimately promote and foster personal growth.
