Getting to know Agnes Raczynski

Agnes Raczynski treats patients starting at 5 years old. I am a graduate of Seton Hall University and hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been fortunate to work in various settings with a diverse clientele, including youth and teens, couples, families, and individuals from many different cultures and backgrounds. I have worked closely with youth with developmental disabilities, as well as individuals at end-of-life and their families. The decision to seek counseling is not always easy. It is important to me to create a comfortable and safe space where clients can share their experiences without judgment, so they feel supported and understood as we build trust and rapport. Our time together is all about you, and I hope to support and collaborate with you as you work toward your goals. Some of my therapeutic approaches include Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Psycho-education, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, and Solution-focused Therapy. I strongly believe in self-care, and in my spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. I am an avid traveler and am always planning my next adventure to somewhere new!
