Hi! I'm Aili, a holistic, trauma-informed therapist based in New York with a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University. I have a decade of experience helping people navigate challenges such as relationship issues, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, PTSD, family conflict, and life transitions. If you’ve been questioning the health of your relationships, you’re in the right place. I can help you understand what’s really going on, improve communication, build boundaries, find self-worth, and feel happier and healthier. First, I focus on addressing immediate symptoms by providing and practicing coping skills. Then, we explore your past with curiosity and care to see how it might be affecting your current situation. Working with me means joining a safe, confidential space where you can openly discuss anything without judgment. I describe my approach as person-centered, humanistic, warm, and collaborative.
