Getting to know Aime Ferow

I have a compassionate, collaborative approach, encouraging psychoeducation and mindfulness of cognitive and behavioral patterns, along with discovering meaning and purpose in life. I believe in meeting a person where they are and helping to facilitate change in their life. It is my goal to help my clients heal from their heart wounds and brokenness, discover ways to live out an authentic and purposeful life, and learn new ways to manage the stressors in their daily lives. With a Bachelor's and Master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, I bring both education and empathy to my practice. I look forward to joining my clients on their journey of healing and discovery.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions are typically 53 minutes in length and are process oriented. I believe that you are the expert of you and you know your needs better than anyone. My role is to walk through the journey of discovery with you, uncovering hidden strengths and resources, to discuss new and different perspectives, and to provide you with some tools to better manage the stressors of daily living.
