Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, stressed out, depressed, or anxious? Do you feel like you are reliving the same patterns over and over? Trauma, stress, and other painful experiences can cause us to develop negative thoughts and beliefs about ourselves, keeping us stuck. Life does not have to be all about pain and suffering. You can heal from your trauma, move beyond those old behaviors, and live happy, satisfying, fulfilling lives. Within a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment, you will be listened to, accepted, empowered, and challenged. Together, we will work to enable you to grow and change, empowering you to transform your life, move from hopeless to hopeful, develop healthy coping skills, successfully navigate life's challenges, and live a life you love living. Traumatic and painful life experiences can leave you feeling stuck, with a negative self-image and a negative view of life. You may feel unsafe, unable to move forward, living a flat life, perhaps dealing with anxiety or depression, grief and loss, lack of energy, nightmares, sadness, inability to concentrate, anger, chronic pain—both physical and emotional. You may feel overwhelmed and have difficulty managing your emotions. I assist clients in overcoming feelings of hopelessness, fears about the future, isolation, depression, feelings from past traumas, anger, or shame. You may feel that your life will never change, that you don’t know what next steps to take, that perhaps you have tried everything and yet have been unable to make significant changes. You may be repeating the same patterns over and over, frustrated because you continue to create the same results. I believe that life does not have to be this way, that every being has a choice and is capable of making changes. I believe each one of us has the capacity and resilience to live a full, meaningful life despite painful and traumatic experiences.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
