Hi there, I'm Alandrea! Hello. My name is Dr. Alandrea Martin. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's in Counseling from Argosy University. I am passionate about helping clients achieve success while navigating struggles and life challenges. I also work with couples and families to improve communication and resolve conflicts. My approach I use an integrative approach, drawing from various methods that best fit each client's unique needs. My focus I work with all types of people, including those experiencing anxiety, PTSD, bereavement, anger issues, drug addiction, and depression. Additionally, I support couples and families in enhancing communication and resolving conflicts. My communication style I have an open mind and am easy to talk to. I am non-judgmental and treat everyone with respect. At times, I challenge clients to help bring out their best and encourage them to see themselves or their situations differently. My journey to mental healthcare My passion for becoming a therapist began in high school when I was the go-to person for friends and family facing difficult issues. I wanted to help by listening and assisting them in finding solutions to their problems. My goals for you Goals are discussed collaboratively, with the client taking the lead on what they would like to achieve. My first session with you Clients can expect a safe and non-judgmental environment where they can openly discuss their concerns.
