I tailor my therapeutic approach depending on your unique needs and goals, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I offer both long-term and brief solution-focused therapy. My affordable, confidential, and effective phone and video psychotherapy services will help you heal at your own pace. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate and effective care.
