Hi there, I am Alberto. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a PhD in Psychology from Grand Canyon University. I believe each individual is unique, and I want to help you uncover your strengths to create a life worth living. I strive to create a comfortable, non-judgmental environment for you to discuss what is bothering you. Through various evidence-based practice interventions, I will help you work through the emotions and behaviors preventing you from achieving your life goals. Seeking therapy can be scary, and I am here to make this experience pleasant. Let's work together!
What should a new client know about working with you?
After the first session, we will begin to work together to reach the short-term and long-term goals discussed during the first session. I will provide skills and ways you can implement them in your daily life.
More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Alberto is a very caring and compassionate therapist. He's empathetic and makes me feel seen with the way he shares my experience back to me. He offers tangible tools when I ask for them and gently pushes me to reframe my thinking. He's warm and personable and that means everything in my opinion.
