“Aleah provides a genuinely safe place where I'm not rushed or lead to stay on a certain track or subject. I feel heard and validated by her. I feel helped and cared about/cared for by her, and have less difficulty opening up as we continue with further sessions. Aleah is very much appreciated.”

Getting to know Aleah Maas

Are you feeling stuck in life or overwhelmed by your emotions? Do you have difficulty with relationships or self-worth? With the right support, it is possible to feel more balanced and in control of your life. I utilize a holistic approach, integrating the mind and body to help you manage difficult emotions as they arise. I can help you navigate and change patterns within relationships that affect your well-being. My goal is to work with you as you build a deeper sense of safety and connection with yourself and others. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is one of the most important aspects of therapy to elicit change. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore yourself and gain a better understanding of your struggles to foster healing, authenticity, and wholeness. I have experience working with individuals who have trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, and personality dynamics. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Cleveland State University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on your journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I understand that starting therapy can be difficult. It is my goal to make you feel as comfortable as possible throughout the process. During our first session, you can expect me to ask questions to gain a better understanding of what you are going through.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
