Getting to know Alecia Carpenter

I am a trauma-informed mental health therapist and have been practicing for over 30 years. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Arizona State University. I have worked extensively with issues of child abuse, domestic violence, trauma, child loss, grief, anxiety, and depression. I work with adults, teens, and children age 5 and up. I have provided counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families address unresolved trauma, life transitions, and stressors to achieve wellness in their lives. Throughout my journey, some of my greatest inspiration and insights have come through my relationship with my husband of over 25 years and our four amazing children.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
