Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from the College of Staten Island. I enjoy working with individuals (16 and up), couples, families, and groups. My modalities include CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT skills, trauma work, goal setting, art and music therapy, role play, and Christian counseling if requested. I would never go back. 5 minutes after the appointment I contacted them about the appointment if they were ever going to send the link to do the video call. So unprofessional the receptionist was so unclear and just said thanks for the feedback. Why make yourself available in Zocdoc if you can’t reach out to your patients correctly.

Failed to communicate and the Practitioner was basically a NO SHOW. Please be careful for providers who snub your insurance but do not see the appointment through and may still get paid. Once I submitted my insurance information, all communications ceased and there was a lake of care once I followed up. Clear indication of medical fraud.
