I’ve been on this journey myself, guided by compassionate therapists who helped me through difficult times, and now I’m honored to pay it forward by supporting my clients in their own growth. What should a new client know about working with you?

With experience across various therapy settings, I’ve worked with adolescents, couples, and adults on issues like work stress, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. It’s deeply rewarding to witness my clients grow and flourish as they learn to overcome obstacles and embrace life’s possibilities.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is multifaceted, focusing on meaning-making and treating the whole person, not just symptoms. I also work with couples, helping partners build trust, security, and deeper connection to strengthen their relationship. I now offer both online and in-person sessions. If you’re ready to begin, reach out, and let’s start this journey together.

Don’t see your insurance?

It’s common for mental health providers to be out-of-network. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network coverage, so you may get partially reimbursed. Learn more

Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $165 for 50 minutes
Ongoing session: $165 for 50 minutes
  • Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
  • Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
  • Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront

More information on payments and coverage

I also see people out-of-network. Usually this works for PPO insurance plans. In situations like this, I will see the patient and charge the full fee upfront. I will then provide the patient with a superbill to submit for reimbursement. All plans have different terms for reimbursement, so it's best to check with insurance what your policy terms are for out-of-network coverage.
