Hi, I'm Alex (she/her/hers). I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois. I received my Masters from Webster University (Saint Louis, MO) and have been practicing for 8+ years. I help young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief/loss, ADHD, support needs, and more. I love utilizing an eclectic approach because no one theory or modality works with all clients. My goal is to help you reach your goals and help you be the best version of yourself. Some fun things about me, I have 3 cats with my husband. I love sports (Go StL Cardinals, Blues, and KC Chiefs!). I enjoy Pokémon and building my collection of cards.
