Moving through those emotions can be scary, but you don’t have to do it alone—that’s where I can help. I utilize my training in Emotion Focused Therapy to guide you through these emotions (even the ones that tell you to stop feeling!) to get you to a place of meaning and understanding. I love working with children and teens! Your child is ever-growing and adapting to the world in the way that best makes sense for them. But how do you as the caregiver make sense of it? Young children don’t sit and talk about what’s really bothering them because that’s not how they work. Play is the language of children. I utilize Play Therapy to learn more about the child and their inner world. In doing so, I help children and caregivers move through difficult issues and learn new ways of connecting.
