I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a wealth of clinical experience working with families and adults. I specialize in Grief and Bereavement Counseling, Christian Counseling, Veterans and their families, anxiety and depression, adjustment disorders, and trauma-focused work. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral treatment lens, with a focus on practical and applicable steps to improve my clients’ mental health. I am a married mother of two young boys, one of whom has autism, and can relate firsthand to the unique challenges of marriage and raising a family in today’s society!
