I started seeing Allie Hershman when I was at the lowest point of my life. I suffered every day because of chronic pain and inflammation. An accidentally mixed medication administered by a doctor had brought me to that point. I was, unfortunately, suffering because of someone else’s mistake, and that tortured my mind. Allie has worked with me these past few months, and my life has dramatically improved. She understands my need to have a well-balanced life; mind, body, and soul. I have a slew of rare medical issues which has scared many professionals away, but not Allie. She is professional and compassionate and always helps me find the information I need to take the next step in life. I came to her as not even a shell of a person; I had no fight left in me because of the ever buzzing pain in my body. In less than a year, I have made a comeback I never thought possible. I look forward to each new day; I now have a fantastic job, my relationships thrive, and I can enjoy making art again. I can not recommend Allie enough! ”

My name is Alexandria Hershman, and I am a licensed clinical therapist with over eight years of experience. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Suffolk University. I have always had a strong desire to help others, which continues to fuel my passion for the health and well-being of my clients.

I have seen many therapist over the years and never felt it helped or made a difference. I went to Alexandra and she is exceptional. It made me realize what therapy can do for you. She is caring, listens and really helps. I always feel great after a session and look forward to my next one.

Allie has helped me so much by listening and validating my feelings and emotions. She has helped me find confidence and self esteem again. Sessions with her have transformed my marriage by helping me establish firm boundaries and that I deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. I have also stopped vaping since seeing her, she provided support and empathy rather than condemnation and helped me believe in myself I could quit and stay quit!
