What is your typical process for working with clients?
My approach to working with clients is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I begin by collaboratively exploring client concerns, goals, and values, ensuring that therapy will align with your unique needs and circumstances. Throughout the course of our sessions, I make use of evidence-based practices to support growth, self-awareness, and resilience. I believe in the importance of building a strong therapeutic alliance that is grounded in trust, empathy, active listening, and mutual respect. My goal is to empower and support clients in navigating life’s challenges, promoting client’s strengths, and working collaboratively to foster growth and healing.
