Alexis believes two things very strongly: that all health starts in the gut and that behavior is the dance we do to the emotional music in our hearts. She feels that counseling is a journey, and as a therapist, it is her pleasure to be a fellow traveler with those around her, as there is no person immune to the inherent tragedies of existence. In her spare time, Alexis enjoys spending time dabbling in the arts, video games, and the world of exercise and nutrition.
