I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of California, Los Angeles, and my Bachelor's from San Diego State University. My approach My therapeutic approach with clients is always strength-based, trauma-informed, and goal-directed. I utilize many different modalities in my work, including CBT and Solution-Focused therapy interventions most commonly.
