“alexis is extremely kind. i haven’t had many appointments, but from what i experienced she makes me want to continue therapy. she starts the first few sessions asking questions about your past, conditions, upbringing and just getting to know you. and i really enjoy that as it makes me feel like she can better understand me moving forward. she also makes it feel like you’re having a conversation, not just a stereotypical “how does that make you feel.” it feels like you’re talking to a friend you trust. i feel no judgement from her and i cannot wait to continue our sessions. i truly feel like she’s going to help me get to the place i want to be.”

I help adults and teens across Illinois feel more grounded, emotionally resilient, and confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing compassionate, trauma-informed therapy. My specialties include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, thought disorders, and trauma. I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy to support emotional regulation, mindfulness, and healthier relationships.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
