I have years of experience working in community mental health with all populations. I meet each client where they are at. Clients have expressed upon meeting me that l offer a warm and supportive environment. I take pride in rebuilding hope through exploring the client's strengths. I empower individuals to be kind to themselves through self-compassion and self-care and remind them that they are resilient.
