Hi Moms and Dads My name is Alexus Lambert, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. I'm passionate about supporting parents through pregnancy, postpartum, and all the emotional ups and downs that come with raising little ones. As a mom of two, I personally understand how beautiful and challenging this season of life can be. After experiencing a traumatic delivery with my first baby, I became deeply committed to helping others navigate the mental and emotional challenges that can follow birth. I also recognize that fathers experience their own transitions during this time, which is why I offer individual therapy for dads as well. In my practice, I integrate somaticbased approaches to help parents reconnect with their bodies, find calm amid chaos, and create moments of grounding throughout the day. Parenthood doesn't always give us space to breathe, but together, we can learn how to take those moments when they matter most. I look forward to supporting you soon.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
