I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate big emotions, growing-up challenges, and moments of change. I work individually with my clients while partnering closely with families to strengthen communication, stability, and connection at home. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I create a space where young people feel safe, understood, and empowered to build healthy coping skills and resilience. A meaningful part of my work has been supporting unaccompanied youth who have experienced migration or significant life transitions, and I bring deep respect and sensitivity to the unique stories they carry. No matter what a young person is facing, I tailor our work to their needs, helping them manage stress, build confidence, and move through challenges with support they can trust.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
