Do you have an extreme but also punitive way of thinking about yourself and an overwhelming worry that affects your everyday life?
I hold a Master's in Counseling from Springfield College and strive to provide a person-centered environment to work through life experiences that may be contributing to your current feelings. My goal is to help guide you toward improvement in self-assurance, contentment, and pleasure in life.
Together, we will determine your specific needs and treatment goals, explore healthy boundaries, increase self-confidence, and effectively learn to navigate and cope with anxiety and depression to enhance your overall sense of happiness and self-worth. I look forward to helping you finally put yourself first!
What should a new client know about working with you?
You are the one that is in control of your treatment; I am here to help guide you through the healing process. I provide a uniquely self-leading space for clients to determine what their treatment needs are at any given time. I work to create an honest but challenging space for you to identify your needs and goals for treatment while also figuring out what does not positively serve you. In my sessions, you can expect to receive an objective, non-judgmental and supportive person that can not only challenge you and your thoughts but ultimately help you heal.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
