I am licensed in California with 15 years of professional experience. I have helped clients of all ages and backgrounds cope with addictions, trauma and abuse, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and life changes. I believe you are the expert on your story and have many strengths to overcome challenges. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling life takes courage, and I am here to support you.
I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University, equipping me to provide compassionate, effective care.
My approach
My approach to therapy is natural—I create an environment inviting clients to share the chapter of life I meet them in. The therapeutic relationship is the foundation before choosing the orientation and approach. Some orientations I use include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

I work with clients from all walks of life. I have experience with severe mental illness, work-life balance, family problems, and identity building.
My communication style
I create an inviting, nonjudgmental tone in sessions. I want clients to be authentic, express their feelings, and be themselves. I use humor and laughter when appropriate and always honor humility and authenticity.
My journey to mental healthcare
I am a therapist because I enjoy helping people, have overcome barriers, and love seeing people happy and growing. Personal growth is never-ending, and I love being part of this meaningful circle of life.
