As an experienced therapist, I bring years of experience into my practice. I specialize in trauma (EMDR) and I also work with couples using Gottman techniques. I enjoy working with motivated individuals who rreally want to feel the difference in their daily lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am trained in EMDR, CBT/DBT and Gottman techniques for marriage and family therapy. My patients have the option to see me in person or through telehealth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide a 10 minute free consulation , and I will try to get the best possible time to meet your schedule. I accept Aetna and United/Optum. Once you arrive at my office, we will do intake on your first visit and decide which treatment option works best for you.
