I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's degree from Oakwood University. I provide therapy to adults and seniors who need help managing anxiety and depression. Sharing your personal world with a new therapist can be scary, and I understand that. I have experience meeting people where they are and working together to achieve their goals. My background includes working in hospitals as well as providing therapy in homes. I am here to help you transition into a safe space where you feel heard and seen. Together, we will navigate the pressures of life in a non-judgmental environment.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
