Do you miss your Baseline? The way you felt before you woke up tired, and over-it one day and never quite shook that feeling? The way you feel when you're not stretched thin, constantly over-thinking, and anxious? I empower high-functioning women to overcome the burden of anxiety, the heaviness of the illusion of the world. I help you find your way back to Homebase, back to the way your Soul feels in your body. In addition to my post-grad training at UNC Chapel Hill, I've spent the last 12 years traveling the world, sitting with different people from different cultures and religions to learn their methods of accessing inner Peace and Happiness. I've sat for 4 hours a day in meditation, I've read upwards of 600 books from the different world religions. I'm here to help you find and feel the Peace you deserve, no matter your outer circumstances. I'm here to help you BE your Highest Self. I'm also BIG on intentional mornings, so that will be worked in somewhere, too :)

What should a new client know about working with you?

In the earliest sessions, we will spend time understanding what makes you, you- your formative experiences, relationships, preferences, your earliest wishes and desires for your life. We will map out a one-month goal, 6-month goal, 1-year goal and 5-year goal and will lay down an incremental plan to help you hit your benchmarks with steady, and consistent, yet gentle effort. We will talk through present issues and help you realize the highest expression of your work relationships, personal relationships and most important, the relationship with yourself. You will establish a new relationship with your thoughts. Freedom is the Word. That's the journey and the goal!

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
