Hi, I'm Ali. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes we're all works in progress. I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University and have worked with adolescents and adults in community mental health and private practice. I help clients navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, body image concerns, and life transitions while making sense of the patterns that may be holding them back. Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating. I strive to create a space where you can show up as you are, ask difficult questions, and maybe even laugh along the way.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services.
