I studied Psychology at Miami University in 2007 and received a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Dayton in 2009. I have since worked with a variety of clients across multiple settings, including spending the past 12 years in private practice. I focus on anxiety and depression as well as relationships, family conflict, parenting, and postpartum issues. I practice from a holistic and integrative perspective, which includes looking at all facets of the individual’s life and using appropriate interventions to help clients create positive, permanent change. I utilize a variety of approaches to do this, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Approach, and Systems Theory. I very much believe in meeting the client where they are and tailoring an individual plan to help you begin to feel better. It may not always be easy, but I will be here to help you safely explore negative emotions while focusing on your goals. Therapy is a unique relationship, and I will bring honesty and compassion to the process, providing a nurturing environment for you to speak freely and grow. I look forward to working with you!
