Hello! I'm a licensed clinical social worker with a Master's in Social Work from Texas State University, and I work with adults 18 and older. When getting to know new clients, it's important to show curiosity, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. The therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy, and I work hard to make my clients feel seen and understood. My favorite interventions include grounding and mindfulness exercises. Further, we will work on developing more resources and clear communication skills, including boundary work. My goal is for you to feel less alone with your struggles. My areas of specialization include childhood trauma, church hurt, and queer issues, including family estrangement. I'm a member of the LGBTQ+ community and offer an inclusive, safe, and accepting space. My practice is also sex-positive, gender-affirming, and anti-racist. I look forward to speaking with you!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
