I have seen the benefits of EMDR Therapy and understand the power of the subconscious mind to hold on to past trauma and difficult life experiences. I use EMDR therapy to help my clients process and fully release past trauma. I have worked in clinical settings helping clients with drug and alcohol dependency, grief and loss, PTSD, career counseling, and employee assistance. My clients say that I have a great capacity for empathy and truly care about them. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Portland State University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support my clients effectively.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m not your typical talk therapist, so I enjoy working with clients who want to heal and fully let go of dysfunction. I help my clients to heal from past trauma and reclaim their power. I enjoy helping my clients to heal at a deep level. I empower my clients to move past beliefs that keep them stuck in old patterns that no longer work.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
