Hi there, I'm Allison! Allison Biles, MS, LPC. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Houston, Clear Lake. I use approaches including client-centered, CBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and solution-focused, and have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, life/role changes, grief/loss, work stress, relationship conflict, self-esteem, body image issues, and past trauma. I can help with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, enhancing self-esteem and self-worth, work stress, grief/loss, relationship conflict, and processing past trauma. My journey to therapy Before becoming a licensed therapist in Texas, I taught Kindergarten for nine years in the public school system and longed to help others on a smaller scale. I have struggled with finding my place in this vast world and understand the importance of having an empathic ally who is consistently warm, accepting, and free of judgment.
