While I follow your lead in the therapeutic process, I also integrate evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT skills, and mindfulness techniques. These approaches can offer practical tools for managing distress, improving emotional regulation, and building clarity and resilience. My focus I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity, and self-worth.
