I use a blend of evidence-based therapies tailored to your unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive and psychodynamic approaches, and trauma-informed care. I also hold certification as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and have advanced training in sexual health and disability.
