Treatment will allow one to self-reflect and address about their motivating factors in addition to being able apply learned coping and communication skills. The therapy experience will may at times be difficult by addressing vulnerability and topics that are uncomfortable to discuss. I try to make the environment as comfortable and laid-back as possible by checking in with the client often. The goal is to help empower the client to be the version of themselves they want to be.
