My therapy style is rooted in personal connection, trust, and open dialogue. I specialize in an individualized model of therapy, customizing my therapeutic sessions and strategies to each client. Through my sessions, clients are set up to achieve their goals, both personally and professionally. I provide clients with a safe and trusting environment designed to improve coping skills, insight, and self-awareness. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the State University of New York, Old Westbury.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My areas of expertise are: Anxiety/depression, addiction, eating disorders, couples therapy, and family therapy. I have experience working with children and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have received specialized training in trauma, CBT, Psychoanalytic approaches, motivational interviewing, and solution-based approaches.
The practice will send you an email to complete intake via Simple Practice. The Intake form must be filled out completely prior to your appointment and a credit card must be provided as per the practice’s cancellation policy (cancellations must be made before 24 hours of the appointment).
