I am a trauma-informed and person-centered therapist with a wide range of experience working with people from many cultures and backgrounds, including issues of gender, sex, and sexuality. I hold a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Bay Path University. I use a holistic perspective and am proficient in multiple evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed CBT, mindfulness practice, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am spiritual and enjoy building upon spiritual strength to support the individual as a tool for change. I recognize that all of our life experiences are unique, and I create a non-judgmental space for those experiences to be explored. My goal is not to change who you are but to help you use your existing tools and build upon them to create change. Please feel free to reach out to me for a free consultation to get to know me and allow me to get to know you, so we can determine if my services will be helpful for you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits
