She is passionate about breaking the stigma around seeking treatment by educating the community on the importance of mental health for overall physical health. Alloceia has worked in crisis response services since 2013 and, prior to that, spent 10+ years working with students in a specialized education setting. Drawing from diverse educational, career, and life experiences, Alloceia uses Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused and Psychodynamic Therapy, and mindfulness approaches with a collaborative, strengths-based, person-centered engagement with individuals.
